Container of 30 vegetable capsules. Per 1 capsule: Aswagandha D.E.: 400 mg. Withanolids supply: 10 mg. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L., root, D.E., std. to ≥ 2,5% withanolids), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide). Coating: Water, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Take 1 capsule per day, with water. Recommended daily consumption: 1 capsule.
