Green Made Cobalin (Cobalamin Vitamin B12) 1000mcg

Each capsule contains 1000 mcg of cobalamin (as methylcobalamin).
Cobalin contains methylcobalamin, the active and highly bioavailable form of vitamin B12.

Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with a full glass of water, or as directed by your physician.
Do not take Cobalin within 6 hours of sleep, as increased energy production can cause difficulty sleeping.
Capsules can be opened and sprinkled over any food or drink, or emptied under the tongue for sublingual absorption.
