Cobalamin, or Vitamin B12, is an essential vitamin needed for red blood cell formation and neuromuscular functioning. It is used to prevent and relieve neuropathy, especially when caused by diabetes. Cobalamin also improves iron utilization, and is used to prevent and treat pernicious anemia. It is also needed for normal growth and development. In addition, Vitamin B12 significantly improves energy production and reduces asthenia and fatigue.

How to use:

Place one tablet under your tongue for 2 minutes until it dissolves completely. Dose is one tablet per week, or as directed by your physician.
Do not take Cobalin within 6 hours of sleep, as increased energy production can cause difficulty sleeping.
